Garibaldi Autentica Comida Mexicana en Beijing Elaborada por un Autentico Mexicano

1.- Garibaldi the so-called “Heroe of two Worlds” Giuseppe Garibaldi (1807 - 1882), militar leader from the Italian unification, -it seems to be a good moment to review the life itinerary of the first and most popular italian heroe-, who was able to escape from death punishment spreading his revolutionary ideas to Mexico and South America.


 

Between 1836 and 1848, he lived in Mexico and South America, and participated within several battles, always supporting the ones fighting on behalf of freedom or independency.


 

Giuseppe Garibaldi was called the “Heroe of Two Worlds” given his tenacity and strength, hand-in-hand with his fighting techniques upon independency.

2.- Plaza Garibaldi in Mexico City -not very far from Downtown- is a leaving representation of Mexican party and tradition. Is famous given its groups of Mariachi that gather showing the typical Charro clothing, charging their diverse musical instruments, ready to sing a midnight Serenata. Surrounding Plaza Garibaldi it can be found just tradition and culture: Mexican food and the delicious TEQUILA.

3.- Garibaldi In Beijing, China.

In Garibaldi we are engaged with our costumers in Beijing, bringing true MEXICAN TYPICAL FOOD, made by a Mexican, making happy many Mexicans and also, all the community of friends from other countries.

Garibaldi is an example of Mexican traditions and gastronomy, becoming a new “Heroe of Two Worlds”; wishing to share the wide Mexican culture with all Chinese friends, especially with its Mexican TORTILLA and its delicious TEQUILA.

Garibaldi is an enterprise that began in 2005 as a hobby, after sharing authentic Mexican food with friends from Mexico and from many other countries in Beijing.

We are pioneers making Nixtamal Corn tortillas, with the traditional hand-made process.

After three years, we have become an established enterprise in Beijing’s and our friend’s hearts.

GARIBALDI in Chinese language is written, enhancing the strength of our Mexican origins.

Within each character, it symbolizes the name of the Mexican who left Mexico and conquered the hearts of the people from this faraway continent with the Mexican flavors. Garibaldi was created by a Mexican that personally takes care of the quality and flavor of each dish, in order to keep Mexican’s food authenticity.
